# Commonstop: sharps and red-bag pickup sized to what you fill

Commonstop organizes shared-route sharps and red-bag pickup for small medical, dental and veterinary offices in Dallas County, TX. Operated by Tempered Technologies LLC, 8 The Green STE B, Dover, DE 19901.

## What you can do here

Lay out the containers your office fills (sharps sizes from 1 qt to 5 gal, red-bag boxes of about 17 or 30 gal), how full they are at each pickup, how often they go now and what you pay. The page shows, from your own figures:

- pickups a month, cost per pickup and per container (derived from your price, with the formula shown);
- capacity you pay to have collected against what you actually fill;
- a conditional fill-only interval when counts per pickup, fill and current interval are stated; it is not a safe storage recommendation. Current service stays the baseline pending generation, storage and provider review;
- questions to resolve, such as the TCEQ 50 lb a month line between small and large quantity generators, contract end and notice, and waste streams outside this pickup.

Then you send the work order. Commonstop prepares this from this work order and emails it to you. It is nonbinding. A firm price comes only with a provider’s written terms.

For context only: a provider's published guide puts small US clinics at about $50 to $300 a month (MedPro Disposal, 16 Dec 2025, national figures). Source: https://www.medprodisposal.com/how-much-does-medical-waste-disposal-cost-per-month-for-small-clinics-in-the-usa/

Records: Manifests and service records issued in your practice's name and sent to you. Commonstop makes this a condition of any provider proposal.

## What happens to a work order

You get a reference on screen. Commonstop reviews the order, prices the plan with providers for your area and frequency, and emails you an indicative monthly price with the provider's terms. Nothing is ordered or committed until you agree terms in writing. Contact details are kept apart from the requirement, while we correspond or do business and for 6 months after, so a later request picks up where it left off; ask us to delete them at any time.

Requests go to https://commonstop.forevenza.com/_c/request as action "quote" with the fields described at https://commonstop.forevenza.com/openapi.json. Start with a need and reply email; a complete specification is not required. The schema requires zip and containers only for reporting missing specifications, not blocking help. Missing specifications return as open questions. Supplied values are refused only for type, maxLength or minimum/maximum. Enum, pattern and format are not enforced; an unreadable format:date value is retained and also reported missing, never treated as dated. This page sends month preferences separately from confirmed service dates.

Outside Dallas County: shared Dallas County route pricing does not apply, but you can still send the order and Commonstop replies on what it can arrange.
